Payment Options

• Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPay account, you can set one up at check out. There is no cost for you to do so.
• Checks and money order orders are accepted through US mail orders. A PDF version of the order form is available. Orders made by personal check will be shipped after the check has cleared. Print the order form and mail to:

• North Carolina residents must pay 7% sales tax.
• California residents must pay 7.5 % sales tax.

  Shipping Terms and Conditions

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, generally on the day received, or within 24 hours.
• We will only ship to confirmed addresses in the US and Canada.  Canadian customers must provide a telephone number for shipping purposes.
• All products are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority.  Shipping and Handling costs are as follows:

• An e-mail with shipping information, tracking or delivery confirmation number and estimated delivery time will be sent by carrier upon shipping.

At this time we are not accepting or shipping any orders outside the US and Canada.  If you are outside the US and are interested  in purchasing quantities of 6 or more units, please send us an e-mail to intlsales@crossbarmedia.com

Carriers

• Most orders within the continental US are shipped via UPS ground delivery.  Some small orders will be shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation for tracking.
• All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard.
• All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses are shipped UPS.

  Warranty and Returns

Warranty

Crossbar Media^® warranties all kits to be free from manufacturer defects for 90-days from Order date. We test each component prior to shipment and are confident that the units will be defect free when they arrive. No return for replacement of a defective product will be accepted after 90-days from the Order date.
 

Returns

If an item were to arrive defective or becomes defective during the 90-day warranty period, please follow this procedure:

• Visit the Common Problems section in our FAQs to make sure that you have been through our technical questions and answers
• E-mail us with symptoms and questions
• Request an RMA Number and then send the kit back to us for a replacement.

Crossbar Media^® is not responsible for return shipping costs or for damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging with original accessories, manuals, etc. in as-new condition.  Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Crossbar Media^® cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE A COMPANY ISSUED RMA NUMBER, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
 

Defective Returns:

No returns for exchanges after 90-days.  All defective products may be returned in their entirety (including all parts and bundled software) to us for an exchange anytime during the 90-day warranty. When returning a defective  product, a CrossBar Media issued RMA number is required and must be placed on the package in order to assure proper credit. Items returned without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Defective replacements will be shipped after the product is received, tested, and confirmed.

Shipping charges are always non-refundable and will not be included on any refunds. Customer pays for return shipping to our location. On same-product exchanges, we will cover shipping charges to ship the product back to you.

Non-Defective Returns:

Non-defective product returns may be accepted only under very special conditions at our discretion and will be determined on an individual basis within 30-day from Order date.  All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  Privacy  Policy

• Information  collected (for billing purposes or otherwise) on this site will not be sold,  shared or rented to any outside parties. 
• Information specifically collected during checkout procedures are intended solely for shipping and order purposes. 

  Security

All order information (including billing and shipping related matters) are encrypted and protected using 128bit SSL technology.  Information transfers on our secure servers are protected from unauthorized use.
